What can you do if they keep throwing stuff at you that’s untrue or unfair?
Hire an attorney would be the safest and best way. They have the knowledge and experience in dealing with insurance companies who try and get over drivers. The insurance company will do whatever it can to pay the least amount possible and sometimes even short a driver. However, the laws are on the side of the driver in most cases. If you really are wanting your car to get fixed and not trying to make or keep money then you shouldn’t have any problems whatsoever. Insurance companies can only short a driver who tries to keep the money instead of getting the repairs needed on a car. If you was hit by a driver and that driver was at fault, take your car to where you want to get it fixed and have them do the repairs. Tell them the insurance company you are dealing with and they will make sure all the repairs are done and get any additional money if needed. If you are having trouble trying to fight a company about who is at fault, then you should get an attorney if possible.
